E3

Enrichment Educational Experiences/E3 Inc. is an After-School Enrichment Company that creates programs to inspire and elevate the youth of our community. We offer creative, meaningful and exciting hands-on experiences that ignite a joy for learning in varied interests. Enrichment Educational Experiences (E3) offers two types of after school enrichment at Hesby:

  • The E3 After School Program for grades K-5 is comprised of 3 components designed to provide students the opportunity to participate in our “Signature” E3 Theme Classes, Study Hall/ “Think Tank” and “It’s a Wrap”. A positive philosophy of character building is integrated into each of the components. Our program can be custom designed to fit the needs of each individual school we serve.

  • Parents not needing full time care many enroll their children for the “class only”* option. E3 offers specialized classes 1-5 times per week for one hour a day.

offers enrichment classes for 1 hour after school from Monday-Friday for grades 1-8, with a different class each day. You can enroll for 1-5 days on a month-to-month basis, or enroll for the full year! If your child’s schedule changes, just call the Administrative Office at the beginning of the month and we will adjust accordingly. To enroll, please visit this link, or visit www.enrichmentkids.com for more information.

Beyond the Bell (YS)

Beyond the Bell: Youth Services is an after-school program of organized games, enrichment activities, nutrition, physical fitness, and homework time is provided for those students capable of independent supervision to, from, and at the playground site. It is not a child care program- students sign in and leave by their own volition, and are expected to conduct themselves appropriately while the program is in session.

The program is for elementary students (grades 2-5) and middle school students (grades 6-8) on all instructional days until 6:00. It is closed on all non-instructional days (weekends, holidays, pupil free days, etc). Playground services are only available during scheduled hours.

Parents and guardians must arrange ahead of time for how their child goes home. If a child has not been picked up or leave by their own volition by 6:00 pm, staff will initiate “late child” procedures. If the child cannot be reunited with their parent of guardian after one hour, a child protective agency will be contacted to assist with supervision of the child. For emergency purposes, parents/guardians are required to complete and maintain all phone numbers and contact information.

In order for a student to be approved to participate, the Before and After-School Program Application/Agreement must be completed (which you can find at the bottom of this tab). Click here to download a PDF of the application. Once completed and authorized by the Youth Services staff person on duty, the student may participate.

To talk to those in charge of the program’s day-to-day operations, call these numbers:
