Gala
The annual Gala is the BIGGEST fundraising event of the year!
It is an adult only evening, with live music, dinner & drinks, silent and live auctions, and much more!
We rely heavily on volunteers for this even and there are many spots available!
Hesby BBQ’s
Hesby BBQ’s are a great chance to see neighbors, visit with friends and have a nice evening! There are a wide variety of volunteer opportunities here!
Talent Show
A great end of the year event for the kids. A fun night of local talent. Volunteers help keep the show and acts on track!
Monster Mash
This is Hesby’s Annual Halloween Carnival and is a huge hit with the kids! We need a minimum of 30 volunteers to pull this event off, including night of staff to help with tickets, booths and attractions. Sign up now!
Movie Night
The Back-to-School movie night is a great opening to the school year. Volunteers help with set-up, clean-up and concesssions.
Fun Run
This is our annual jog-a-thon and volunteers help with daily challenges and assist on the day of to help with water, count laps, etc.
